Autumn in NY
Sunday.
Recently,We have been enjoying beautiful days.
2days ago,I started doing sit-ups from 2days ago because I have had a backache.
My muscles in my lower back have been sore.
I was wodering why sit-ups is good for backache.
If my back aches,Should I be exercizing?
I think Ishould do something different for my backache....
I discontinued all exercize for more than 2 weeks.
I don't really know if I will keep doing it.
I believe some exercize is better than none
This week I have many things to do.
Such as printing ,Photo-shoots,thinking of new project and learning English.
Also,I must prepare toreturn to Japan for an artist visa,but I have not gotten my approval notice yet.
Tomorrow,I plan to take a portrait of a Mexican guy I know.
